Edgehill Herb Farm in Vista, CA is the home-based business of herb enthusiast Karen England and her husband David. Karen is a member of The Herb Society of America and the recognized herb expert of the Vista Garden Club where she is the Vice-President. Karen is a popular garden speaker and teacher of cooking with herb and edible flower classes in the San Diego area, specializing in the art of cooking with lavender, roses and scented geraniums.

It was at the insistence of Karen’s students, family, friends and neighbors that Karen has opened this website to fill the void while the actual store at Edgehill Herb Farm is being constructed. There is no need to wait any longer to purchase Karen’s cook booklets, handcrafted herbal soaps, soap making supplies, hard to find canning supplies & many other herbal items, because all this merchandise and more is available for sale 24 hours a day by the miracle of the World Wide Web.

Hi Karen!

I received my apron yesterday and I love love love it! I am in the process of moving and I don't have my internet hooked up yet . . . bummer. I'll be back on shortly tho' and can't wait to tell everyone about your package. The rosemary you sent is such a wonderful idea - I have my drying (it'll take awhile in this humidity) and my bf is excited about trying it out. I'll let you know asap.
